AllureMotion is an AI-powered platform that converts static photos into short animated videos. The Service includes web-based tools for uploading images, entering motion prompts, generating AI videos, and managing your account and credits.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Credits and Payments
AllureMotion uses a credit-based system. Credits may be obtained through:
- Subscription plans — recurring weekly credits billed on a weekly or yearly cycle
- Credit packs — one-time purchases of a fixed number of credits
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Prices are listed in USD. Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Subscription credits that are unused do not roll over to the next billing period.
5. Subscriptions and Cancellation
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to remaining credits until the current billing period ends
- No further charges will be made after the current period
- Unused subscription credits expire at the end of the current billing period
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AllureMotion to:
- Upload or generate content depicting minors in any harmful or inappropriate context
- Create non-consensual deepfake content of real individuals
- Generate content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
- Upload images you do not have the legal right to use
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service's AI models
- Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without prior notice or refund.
7. Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain ownership of the images you upload. You grant AllureMotion a limited license to process your images solely for the purpose of generating videos.
Generated content: Videos generated through paid plans or credit packs are licensed to you for commercial and personal use, subject to applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring that source images are properly licensed.
Our content: The AllureMotion platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, remains the intellectual property of AllureMotion.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific expectations. AI-generated results may vary based on input quality and prompt specificity.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllureMotion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
