We want you to be satisfied with AllureMotion. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for subscriptions and credit pack purchases.
Subscription Refunds
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to your remaining credits until then.
Refund eligibility: If you cancel within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase and have not used any subscription credits, you may request a full refund.
Renewal charges: If a renewal charge occurs after you intended to cancel, contact us within 7 days and we will issue a refund for the unwanted renewal, provided credits from that period have not been used.
Credit Pack Refunds
Credit pack purchases are one-time transactions. Refunds for credit packs are available under the following conditions:
- Unused credits: If no credits from the pack have been used, a full refund may be issued within 48 hours of purchase
- Technical issues: If a technical issue on our end prevented you from using purchased credits, we will either restore the credits or issue a refund
- Duplicate charges: Accidental duplicate purchases will be refunded in full
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not available when:
- Credits have already been used for video generation
- The request is made more than 48 hours after purchase (unless otherwise specified above)
- The account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service
- You are dissatisfied with the quality of AI-generated output (we recommend using the free preview to test before purchasing)
How to Request a Refund

Please include:
- Your account email address
- The PayPal transaction ID or payment confirmation
- A brief description of the reason for the refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through PayPal and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
